This guy wants to legalize pot, test all city council members for aids, and this is the best of them all: turn public housing complexes on the east side of Savannah into gated communities where birth control is mandatory for all single women. He also wants to sterilize any woman who has more than one child when she is not married. Oh ya and just as a side note this guys child lives across the street from the Kennedy's in mayfair.
